Unique delicate desserts

One of the traditional mores for receiving guests in Romania used to be to have them taste a few spoonful of jam
on a little saucer (and there were special jam serving sets you could buy, such as blueberry, cranberry, strawberry or fir).

CULINARY PARADISE
Story
Fragrance, freshness and sweet enchanting fruits are all in a jar. The preparation of Romanian jams, marmalades and syrups is an old native occupation on summer in Romanian villages. Carefully placed in the pantry, the jam jar harmoniously perseveres the scent of summer for cool winter days. Served as a simple dessert on a silver tray with a glass of cold spring water it could make your whole day. But also, it will wonderfully surprise you in pancakes or pies.
CULINARY PARADISE
How it’s made
The best fruits are carefully hand picked grain from the garden. Then they are peeled and cooked at low heat and progressively adding sugar or honey depending on the cook taste. After that, they are left to boil gently until reduced by half their quantity. At the end, beautiful jars are waiting to keep the magic and tasty potion for the winter.
